I am one of the current 176 million women diagnosed with Endometriosis and suffering from this chronic condition with no cure. The physical pain and mental anguish that this comes with is baffling. Let alone not being heard, improperly diagnosed, invasive surgeries, infertility, and crippling pain. The list goes on. 

   I am currently recovering from my second surgery this year for Endometriosis. I’m able to go back to work, but I’m concerned that my government would do nothing to help me if I was unable to return to work. Endometriosis is not recognized as a disability. Yet you are prevented and disqualified from joining the military if you are diagnosed! Hmmmmmm??? Why is this condition being recognized for some things and not others?

   Not all women with endo have symptoms or are unable to work.... but, for the ones that are unable to work due to pain or severity of progression should have the option of being acknowledged for disability. Please sign this so are voices are heard.
