Make "Rich Dad Poor Dad" a mandatory read in highschools

The Issue

You always hear people say "I learned nothing in Highschool." It seems harsh, but if really think about it, highschool does not prepare you for life. We didn't learn how to do taxes, or how to invest, or how a credit card works. Instead, we learn about subjects that we might never use again and read Shakespeare.

Perhaps the solution to this problem is much easier that it might seem. Rather than reforming the education system to incorporate classes that teach these life skills, why don't we start by getting kids interested about finance and making money. If we could make "Rich Dad Poor Dad"(a NY times best seller) a standard read in highschools across the country, we can help educate the next generation about money.
