This pet store is owned and operated by a man who knows nothing about the proper care and treatment of animals. They are living in filthy conditions, and rarely ever have food or water. West Virginia does not have specific laws regarding pet shops, which needs to be changed. These innocent animals don't deserve to live like this. By signing this petition, we can hopefully raise awareness for not only these animals, but for all animals who are being treated so cruel.
