What is the problem you may ask, with panting baby chickens? 
The problem is the cruelty of putting this chickens to intoxication, this baby chickens suffer with respiratory problems and also theirs no way of safely removing the paint. This paint will stay until the birds molt their feathers and hopefully none of it will flake off into their mouth. 

Imagine your self being painted, for some this paint causes skin to irritate, some paints have formaldehyde. Formaldehyde is a probable human carcinogen -cancer causing (it has only been proven in animals, and depending upon the country) and outright poison that has been researched since the 1940. So i hopefully write to you so you can understand completely the dangers of people painting baby chickens.
This is both for chickens as it is for humans. 
All of this isn't even counting the fact that some humans mistreat very badly baby chickens.
