In May of 1918, The United States put into effect an Espionage Act that made inviting or petitioning foreign powers to do harm to the United States, in any way, to be a crime, punishable by 20 years in jail in peace time - and capital punishment, in times of war.

When Donald Trump said " Russia, if you are listening, I hope you are able to find the 30,000 emails" he was in violation of this act already. He was, in effect, inviting them to hack. The fact that later we found out that indeed they did hack, only adds to the crime. 

We are asking you to sign a petitition to to indict Donald Trump for espionage before he takes office. After he puts his District Attorney in, this will be more difficult, though still not impossible.
