Hold UPS accountable for violating a disabled veterans rights...Join our cause!

The Issue

Sometimes we need a reminder that the liberties and freedoms that we enjoy are secured by the warriors of our Armed Forces and respect the sacrifices they make and the wounds they carry with them on our behalf.

We are the friends and allies of Troy Carico a diverse and patriotic collection of business owners, former military officers and enlisted personnel, federal and state civil servants and more; We are organized to expose the lies and treachery at UPS and advocating for accountability for the wrongful termination and the assassination of character of Troy Carico. Troy Carico is one of those warriors that paid in blood, sweat and tears for our way of life in America. A highly decorated combat service disabled US Army Infantry/Intelligence Officer that was employed by UPS Freight as the Montgomery, AL Terminal Manager from August 2015 through December 2018. His record of performance was exemplary and he led a successful turn around of a failing facilities’ operations.

Troy was wrongfully terminated on December 13, 2018 and was met with a formidable police contingent which remained present during the termination that day...and UPS maintained a strong police presence at the facility for over two full months. UPS attempted to portray the affable Troy as a threat, a lone wolf/Rambo type, to both personnel and property due to his extensive combat arms subject matter expertise.

Mr. Carico was harassed by his supervisor for nearly two years regarding his VA medical appointments and his multiple disabilities. Mr. Carico requested assistance and accommodation from the UPS HR department in an effort to deter further harassment. His supervisor conducted a personal and vindictive campaign of systemic harassment and patterned targeting against Mr. Carico up until his termination. Our group’s cause today is to call into question UPS and it’s officer’s unfair treatment, harassment and disdain towards service disabled veterans as demonstrated by the wrongful termination of Troy Carico.

UPS is one of the largest federal contractors in the nation and profits enormously from its business with the US Government and boasts of its advocacy for veteran employment programs; Yet we contend that UPS unfairly and illegally manages it’s veteran workers. We invite you to join our cause and sign the petition at this site and allow us to count you amongst us in our fight against the evil and treacherous corporate giant that defiantly shirks ethical and legal responsibilities. Join us in our boycott of all UPS services and stand up for our disabled veterans.

As a result of the blatant disregard for protected status of disabled veterans as well a litany of other violations of federal and state regulations and laws Troy Carico has filed suit against UPS in Federal Court in Alabama. The suit identifies seven violations by UPS in this matter; They include Disability, Race, Retaliation, USERRA, Contract, Emotional distress and Infliction of an intentional tort. We invite you to support our veteran's by signing the petition and visiting our website at www.justicefortroycarico.com
