CRPH (Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw) and our people of Myanmar are demanding R2P (Responsibility to Protect) to UN because of the current situation in Myanmar. Even if the R2P is endorsed, UN security council and foreign military entering to Myanmar soil to protect people of Myanmar from Military Junta is a complicated and long process. Some of the reason are

1. China and Russia have the veto power to reject the endorsement of R2P.
2. Foreign military entering to Myanmar soil could lead to a potential World War 3.
3. Developed Countries such as US , UK and European Nations are in the process of recovering the economy affected by COVID. Therefore, they will try to reduce the cost of foreign military usage as much as possible.

If the R2P is successfully endorsed, our people of Myanmar will start the Federal Army and defend and protect ourselves from the world's gruesome terrorist organization (Myanmar Military Junta). Thereby, the foreign nations will be able to support our Federal Army by assisting weapons and their military.

This petition is to support the initiating of Myanmar Federal Army by CRPH. I believe this petition can help foreign military in aiding and assisting of Myanmar Federal Army.

CRPH နှင့် မြန်မာပြည်သူများသည် UN ကို R2P(Responsibility to Protect) တောင်းဆိုထားရာ ဤတောင်းဆိုချက်ရရှိသော်လည်း ပြည်ပနိုင်ငံများမှ စစ်တပ်ဝင်ရောက်လာ၍စစ်အာဏာရှင်ကိုခုခံတိုက်ခိုက်ခြင်းသည်တော်တော်ခဲရင်းကြာမြင့်နိုင်သည်။ အကြောင်းမှာ

၁။ UN တွင် တရုတ်နှင့်ရုရှား တို့က R2P ကို ဗီတိုအာဏာဖြင့်ပယ်ဖျက်နိုင်သည်။
၂။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းပြည်ပတပ်ဝင်‌ရောက်လာမှုသည် တတိယကမ္ဘာစစ်သို့ဦးတည်းသွားနိုင်သည်။
၃။ ကိုဗစ်အပြီးစီးပွားရေးနလံထူကာစဖြစ်သော နိုင်ငံကြီးများ(အထူးသဖြင့် US and UK) သည် ပြည်ပစစ်အသုံးစရိတ်အတွက်တက်နိုင်သလောက်လျော့ချလိမ့်မည်။

ထိုကြောင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့သည် R2P ရပါက ကျွန်တော်တို့ကိုယ်တိုင် ရရာလက်နက်ကိုဆွဲကိုင်ကာ အာဏာရှင်စနစ်ကိုစတင်ခုခံတိုက်ခိုက်ကာကွယ်(defend) ပါက ပြည်ပနိုင်ငံများမှ ကျွန်တော်တို့ ဖက်ဒရယ်တပ်မတော် ကို လက်နက်အင်အား စစ်ရေးအင်အား ထောက်ပံ့လာနိုင်ပါတယ်။

ဒီစစ်တမ်းသည် မြန်မာပြည်သူပြည်သားတို့သည် ဖက်ဒရယ်တပ်မတော်ကို ထောက်ခံကြောင်း နှင့် ပြည်ပနိုင်ငံများမှ ဖက်ဒရယ်တပ်မတော်ကို လက်နက်အင်အား စစ်ရေးအင်အား ကူညီရာတွင် အထောက်အကူပေးနိုင်မည်ဟုယုံကြည်ပါသည်။

ဒီစစ်တမ်းသည် CRPH မှ တရားဝင်ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသောစစ်တမ်းမဟုတ်ပါ။
