Stop Taliban, Stop terrorism, Place Sanctions!

Afghanistan has currently become the deadliest place in the world to live in. Why?

The Taliban have forced themselves into power and they stopped at no means. Currently only one province (Panjshir) remains independent and are still fighting against the Taliban.

They have massacred most of the Afghan Army and Afghanistan has now become a military base for their training. They have access to high level arms and ammunitions with some fighter aircrafts and missiles left behind by foreign Armed Forces. They are now a serious threat to every country out there. The capture of Afghanistan will soon lead to war in the West and other countries.

On a more local level, the Taliban are raiding homes and abducting young girls and women to be married by force and raped by their militants. They are taking daughters, sisters and widow mothers. Every possible right that a Woman has under the Womens Rights law is removed from Afghan women and girls.

They have released all prisoners in all prisons. Afghanistan is currently the only country in the world with no prisoners. Criminal activity is at its peek.

Hundreds of thousands have been displaced with no food, shelter or security. Thousands are in the Kabul Airport and trying to escape, losing their lives in the process. Hundreds have tried to claim their money from Banks that have dried up on cash. Neighbouring countries have blocked all visas for Afghans. Livings costs have peeked including basic necessities.

There is currently NO humanitarian help in Afghanistan from any organisation, including its very own Government.

Please sign this petition urging world leaders to play their part in a robust diplomatic effort in Afghanistan that engages regional powers to ensure stability. This will need to cover humanitarian support, a response to rising poverty, respect for human, democratic and civil rights especially those of women and girls, and the right to self-determination for the people of Afghanistan.

We also demand for answers regarding what was achieved over the last two decades and what did all those men and women die for fighting in Afghanistan?

We cannot let history repeat itself. Its time we take action.
