African Americans have been facing racial injustices at the hands of The United States government for decades. The very same people who've built American wealth have been, categorically suppressed. 

The American government totes around the world imposing their beliefs and implementing their racist culture upon black and brown countries as they have systematically done throughout the centuries.  The American "white" government has been robbing and exploiting its black, brown, and indigenous people to the point of bloodshed. Enough is Enough! 

This is a new century, a new millennium, AND WE THE PEOPLE, categorized as minorities are uniting as one for justice as a majority! 

We will summon the United States government in front of the United Nations, as they have done in the past with countries of injustice beliefs and practices, to finally bring them to answer and compensate black, brown, and indigenous people on the injustices they have allowed throughout the centuries! 

In order to do so, we must prove to the world that The United States has allowed these atrocities.

• Aiding and abetting slavery with white violence
• The raping of our people in the hands of their slave masters,
• Overtly denying basic social services,
• Suppressing our social and economic growth
• The sufferage of our BLACK MEN at the hands of their law enforcement officers and the list goes on.

Before we go to the United Nations, we must exhaust all possibilities of negotiations, which we have in abundance throughout the centuries.

Our strong activists such as Martin Luther King Jr, Malcolm X, Rosa Parks, Harriet Tubman, Frederick Douglas, Thurgood Marshall, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, etc is proof we've been trying for centuries to exit oppression.

During the battle for basic human rights, we have suffered casualties of our people such as Emmit Till, Amadou Diallo, Eric Garner, Ezell Ford, Tanisha Anderson, Tamir Rice, Walter Scott, Philando Castile, Botham Jean, Atatiana Jefferson, Dominique Clayton, Sandra Bland, Breonna Taylor, etc etc but the tipping point is George Floyd in this day and age. 

We need "justice" not only with our banners, shouts, and marches but also by hitting The United States of America and their racists' clan in their pockets where it will hurt the most. 

We will come together and hire a group of human rights advocacy attorney's that will:

• Build our case against The United States government
• Gather proof throughout the centuries
• Summon witnesses dead (through manuscripts and writings) and alive
• Gather all affected minority groups, directly affected family members and survivors 
• Build a solid case of crimes against humanities, in our case minorities
• Exhaust all legal remedies through every channel 
• And finally, file a complaint against The United States Government to answer for their crimes in front of all Nations!
