Subject: wrongful Conviction
My name is Michael Puzey, and I have been
wrongfully incarcerated due to a life sentence in a case that never involved federal or State charges being brought against me. I feel that the arrest and the subsequent conviction was wrongful in that the state police of West Virginia never brought or dismissed charges rather, they simply handed me over to federal authorities who then used the State Police as witnesses only against me. I have file a copy of the Federal Complaint document on April 29, 2016, from the Court, which replied back stating that there is no Federal Complaint filed in my case at all. I am humbly requesting your firms assistance to write this egregious wrong done to me.

Details of my case are as Follows:
An alone West Virginia state trooper Scott Dillion presented his state investigated case to a Federal grand jury on Dec 5, 2000, where he impersonated
a federal agent by omitting his lack of Federal law enforcement authority and status, one of the grand jurors asked him a question “how many years was your investigation?,trooper Dillion answered “we actually started investigating last June of 1999 was the first controlled purchase , and it
continued up all the way" he perjured himself by originally stating the investigation started in 1990 (Grand jury testimony page 3) effectively leaving out a 9 years of an alleged federal investigation, even though it was actually a state investigation
additionally there is no United States federal law enforcement agent or agency who sought a Federal indictment against me accusing me of a crime against the United States of America Keep in mind there was never a Joint Federal and States law enforcement task force, involved, investigating , participating, nor Supervising on behalf of the United States government from beginning to end of the alleged criminal activity. At my trial State trooper Scott Dillion was established as the federal case agent of the case. further more, Scott Dillon's supervisor,Sargent
Fred Wagonor testified that he is responible for the Eastern Panhandle Drug and violent Crime task force and its investigations as well as my
Case a " State task force” so that’s responsible for the most eastern counties in West Virginia. My rights have been grossly denied, infringed,
withheld, and disregarded where l was never accused rightfully,constitutionally, or procedurally of a federal or State crime in this case against
the United States or the state of West Virginia.

It is a fundamental miscarriage of justice to anyone in the maritime, territorial Jurisdiction of the United States Citizens. I am actually, factually , and procedurally innocent of these charges. The fraudulent, federal Judgement in this case is void
Due to the fact that the United district court of Martinsburg, West Virginia lacked complete Subject-Matter Jurisdiction in my case as a whole. Members of the Federal Judicial system knowingly, willingly, and intentionally violated my
4th, 5th, 6th, 8, 13th 14th constitutional amendment rights.
So, the horrific inhumane story of my illegal arrest and false imprisonment Continues
none the less. I’ve been incarcerated now for eighteen long years with no type of relief or exoneration. The fight continues for my release
and needs your assistant and petitions (change. org)
to make a corrections to an unjust unlawful incarceration, I have made every attempt to appeal and exonerate my name short of asking President Trump to intervene the United States district Court for the northern district of West Virginia in Martinsburg , imposed a life sentence for an alleged 10 year drug conspiracy for 50 or more grams of crack cocaine from 1990 to December 5, 2000.

Again the law enforcement interactions started when West Virginia state trooper Scott Dillion opted to skip seeking prosecution in the State
Courts of West Virginia as well as bypassing United States Federal law enforcement involvement in investigating, participating, supervising his
alleged “state task force" the Eastern Panhandle
Drug and violent crimes task force for the northeastern district of West Virginia.
There is also no federal complaint filed in this case by any United States Federal
law enforcement agent or agency. Accusing me of a crime against the United States of America.
I am at my wits end trying to get competent legal assistance to right these wrongs.
