Having been a long-standing member of the Farmington community, I have witnessed firsthand the dedication and passion our kids bring to their athletic endeavors. My children have attended Farmington High School, and continue to be active participants in various sports. However, despite their talent and determination, the opportunity to compete at the 6A Division level and potentially secure a state title feels increasingly out of reach. It’s time for a change that will elevate our young athletes to the level where they truly belong.

Combining the strengths and resources of Farmington High School and Piedra Vista High School can offer our students a better chance to excel.
