The Covid -19 Pandemic & it’s spread across India over the last 8 weeks has been a huge challenge for every citizen, especially for our front line warriors protecting us in this epic battle to overcome the literal invasion of the virus in our lives & our communities. The GOI has taken proactive steps to curb the spread through Social Distancing & lockdowns which unfortunately are the need of the hour & needs cooperation from every Indian irrespective of our personal constraints & preferences. We should be proud, we the second most populous nation on earth have shown others our Unity in Diversity  as a sterling quality in self imposing & following the social distancing & total lockdowns in a more disciplined manner than more advanced nations on this planet. 
We need to recognise the Yeoman Service, strain & stress our frontline warriors in this war, Pournamikas, Police, Paramedics, Health workers & Doctors (unlike any we have seen) are taking in their stride in many cases forced to stay away from their families at a great personal risk to themselves. We have acknowledged their contributions through a few All India movements in March & April 2020.
However  the recent spate of persecution & attacks on these selfless individuals in various parts of the country is despicable and calls for harsh punishment to the offenders. Such offenders should be treated no less than heinous criminals with the strictest penal action to be awarded through fast track courts to weed out such anti social elements from our society. 
It is the least we as citizens can initiate -A movement to enable a country like INDIA to produce more Front Line Warriors in the battles we would need to fight going forward.
