Let Yankee Candle store in Roseville Galleria mall renew lease and relocate in the mall!

Let Yankee Candle store in Roseville Galleria mall renew lease and relocate in the mall!
The Issue
The owners and management of the galleria mall in Roseville CA ( Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield) have decided right after the new year that the beloved Yankee Candle store is not able to renew their lease due to the mall wanting to add more food options then the already large amount of food vendors in this mall, and is forcing them out by January 26th! They did NOT give a proper notice to the Yankee Candle store, and according to the employees at Yankee Candle, the mall staff have been ignoring all emails and other correspondence by Yankee Candle asking to relocate and renew their lease. They were given less than 30 days to somehow make arrangements to sell everything, pack up and leave, which is also giving no time for the employees (almost ALL women) to find other work forcing them to become unemployed! What's worse is that they loved working there and just a few months ago, the store completely remodeled and added an amazing make your own candle bar that, myself personally had plans of using again and again. This is the last Yankee Candle store in the entire region! I literally cried when i found out about it, and the women who work there were emotional as well. This is a mostly female operated store, and a store that attracts mostly women as well, and it promotes calm, peace and relaxation, (something all women need daily and never get enough of) and is a great store for the community.
Legally, i am not sure how the mall owners are able to get away with this kind of behavior considering they weren't notified at ALL of any new renovation changes coming to that part of the store that would inevitably force those store fronts to either leave or relocate. Yankee Candle should've had proper notice of non renewal of their lease agreement as well, months in advance, which they were NOT given either. This is to give them enough time for everyone to make arrangements including all of the amazing women working at that store who will now have to find a new job when they don't want to and shouldn't have to.
I am asking that Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield give Yankee Candle the relocation that they want and deserve, and NOT to remove this very well loved store from the entire community and region as its the last one left for many miles. This is one of the ONLY stores i actually enjoy at the mall, and allows me with my disabilities and my special needs daughter to be able to do something together that is fun and not too overwhelming for us. I've spoken to other women in our local community here who are also very upset over this and all are ready to petition this illegal, inhumane and insensitive measure to force out this amazing store for women, that is also run by women. Let's see YOU make the right decision to relocate and keep the Yankee Candle store at the Roseville galleria mall!
