'Unqualified medical experts' employees of WorkCover Queensland and the Workers Compensation Regulator are rejecting peoples claims without any qualification as a medical practitioner or a specialist who specialise in certain types of serious injuries.

Workers Compensation Regulator support unit states after my complaint about their process of not having any 'medical experts' opinion in the review decision is that their "Review Officers are trained and experience decision makers"... clearly states that they are not 'medical experts' in peoples serious medical health issues.

People who had their claims rejected by WorkCover Queensland & Workers Compensation Regulator 'unqualified medical expert' staff has to have a say.

The policy and procedure of WorkCover Queensland and Workers Compensation Regulator of administrative staff deciding on people's health have to be changed, in 'fairness' because people's medical health depends on 'QUALIFIED MEDICAL EXPERTS' advice, 'NOT' qualified administrative staff.
