We, the people of East Staffordshire think the CONSULTATION for charges for brown bin emptying is UNFAIR, LEADING and BIASED towards residents paying extra charges. 

The consultation does not allow residents to complete it without agreeing to pay at least £40. 

This brown bin service has always been covered by our Council Tax.

The consultation should allow residents to have free thought and it should contain a box to tick to continue paying for the brown bin service out of our Council Tax.
