It's Columbus Day (current sign. Count 2,437, next goal 2.5K)

Today is Columbus Day. It celebrates a key event in history. It celebrates the arrival of Christopher Columbus to the Americas. An event that led to our land being discovered by Europeans and that eventually led to us having our modern county. It could be viewed as a day for Italian Americans. Also for the controversies of Columbus and his treatment of the Natives, it could be celebrated as Indigenous People's Day that celebrates the contributions of Natives as well. I feel like Congress might better represent them if the house gets expanded.
