Aremzy has been one of the trendsetters in the Axie Infinity World. He is an Axie Infinity Philippines content creator/streamer. He has been streaming the game even when it was at its immature stage. Up until the current version of Axie Infinity (Origin), he is still lifting the community with his presence and content. This just shows Aremzy's dedication not just to the game but also to the community that he has built. 
   Aremzy got banned for a win-trading issue which was blatant at that time when the verdict was released. He was at the leaderboards when his winnings/assets were held (cannot be liquidated). The total ban duration given was 3 years which is somehow too much for a person that dedicated his blood and sweat to the game. We could say that rules are rules with the banning situation but a more valid/reasonable punishment would be:
1. Banning the Axies that were used for the win-trading case.
2. Take back his supposed rewards from the season that he was claimed win-trading.
3. Axie Infinity (classic) duration ban. 
Note: He should still be allowed to join tournaments because even if we say that win-trading is possible, tournaments are still designed to have the last man standing/champion decided by the participant's skill and luck considering the Axies used. 
   In the game Axie Infinity, players cannot cheat; the damage output because it's all calculated by the players themselves, the card draw because it can also be deducted by the players, and the critical damage which was the game's main luck factor. The chances of win-trading in this format would be most unlikely, even if there were any, they won't last up till the championship. 
   In conclusion, yes there should be a ban, but if we consider the factors mentioned then, therefore, we should also provide punishments in proportion to the offense. So we propose Aremzy to get a ban lift in tournaments and in Axie Infinity (Origin).
