Stop this man from using Social Media for Criminal propaganda and investigation

The issue

The world becomes global village and period sees the UN as the pioneer of tolerance, protector of human rights and a leader in redressing past wrongs.
Some use the protection of civil rights in UN and the freedom of expression to incite ethnic hatred in places that are struggling to establish institutions which safeguard human rights.

Originally from Ethiopia, identifies himself as an ethnic Oromo and has made extensive use of social media and YouTubeto inflame hatred and enmity between the various nationalities of Ethiopia. Professor Ezekiel Gabissa acts with absolute impunity, under the safe haven of USA civil rights protection. Below are some of the most inflammatory of his videos, characterizing non Oromos citizens in places like the capital Addis Ababa and Oromia state. Professor Ezekiel Gabissa has a lots of followers both Facebook and social media and his overbearing presence in social media is, we believe, one of the contributing factors behind the recent genocide in the Oromo region of Ethiopia.

We, the undersigned, implore both USA government and UN ICC to use the criminal code to investigate Professor Ezekiel Gabissa’s action. We, the undersigned, demand a serious investigation into Professor Ezekiel Gabissa , holding his accountable to the ethnic violence that has engulfed Ethiopia.
All citizens of USA have an obligation to live under the rule of law. The USA has a robust history of welcoming immigrants, asylum seekers, refugees. It is incumbent upon every national who adopts USA as their country to live under USA laws and contribute to its national ethos: fraternity, solidarity, equanimity. We ask that USA not be used as a safe haven for hate preachers like Professor Ezekiel Gabissa, an immigrant himself, a beneficiary of USA immigration policy, who, under the protection of USA laws, continues to play his part in the ongoing genocide in Ethiopia.
