Meeting arranged for the 14 November 2019

After countless emails, we received a response from Thando Mgaga, spokesperson for the uMngeni Municipality. He indicated that there was a meeting planned, when SPCA was contacted by our team, they had not received communication regarding this meeting. Finally after another email, the SPCA has now been invited to the meeting. We will stick to this like a tick and will not back down until this is finalized. No more excuses. No more delay tactics.
