Petition updateUmngeni Municipality to pay Umngeni SPCA money’s owed and continue agreement with SPCA

4 months without any action!!!

We have patiently waited for the Municipal Manager and her team at uMngeni Municipality to finish their “investigations” and “calculations” however this  has gone on for a good 4 months with not so much as a peep out of the MM or her office. 

Enough is enough.
