Mayor meets with SPCA

The Mayor of uMngeni, one of the decision makers of this petition, has today met with the SPCA.  We will be watching closely to see if there are any favourable developments at all that include the SPCA being paid the money owed to them and a new service level agreement be signed and honoured. 

If there is no update there will be another planned protest.  We will not stop until we are heard and the SPCA is paid in full!
