The unethical vile harassing company UKPC who are making themselves rich through threatening and vile behaviour. Residents being targeted at there own properties with endless parking notices and daily threatening letters. Surely it should be illegal for this company to still be trading and making multi million pounds a year through harrasing the people they should be helping.  Even appealing is no help as they always reject your appeal. They want to charge me £9000 for parking at my home in my space.
