OVIVO was a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) in the United Kingdom.

They closed on Wednesday 19th March 2014 without warning, leaving around 50,000 customers without a mobile telephone service and out of pocket. OVIVO were still accepting orders on the morning of their collapse and no indication was given that the company was in trouble.

Customers have since tried to obtain refunds but many are finding that their requests are being refused.

We, the undersigned, request that Trading Standards, the Telecommunications Omudsman and HM Government fully investigate the circumstances of the closure and do everything in their power to ensure that OVIVO customers receive refunds.

Furthermore, we feel that the Government should take measures to ensure that Companies on the brink of collapse are prevented from taking further orders from potential customers.
