My nephew who is in his late 20s was recalled to prision in February on the suspicion of a crime. So far the police have released reports that he cannot be forensic ally tied to this crime. After checking CCTV he does not appear near the vehicle that was used in the crime. The police so far say they have no evidence to charge. 

It's been 4 months and he is still in prision, meanwhile his partner has given birth to their twins premature at 27 weeks, both in intensive care and his baby boy passed away last week.  The prision are have refused to allow his to see his babies, they have refused to allow him to visit his deceased baby boy before his burial and is also now refusing to allow him to go to the funeral. 

All because he is on a recall for suspicion, when in actual fact the police have not only produced reports that they have no evidence but they have produced reports to contradict each other as to why he is still in prision.
