Any Lockdown will not be effective if Schools stay open. Children may not suffer from the virus but they can spread it.

I believe the main reason the Government wants Schools to remain open is not Education but to avoid Parents having to stay at home and be included in the Furlough scheme.

Children mix at School and go home to their families which means that Lockdown is pointless.
