Jasper was a very much loved family pet..he was in the care of a dog boarder while the owners went away on holiday.the dog boarder was paid £150 for 6 nights.while in her care jasper supposedly went missing while on a walk..the family was contacted and told he went missing on 4th day..when the family arrived back in the country that same night they went straight to the woods where he was last seen,his harness ,collar ,lead and the money was returned..the red flag was when the council informed the family that she was unlicensed, and had informed them that she stated she did not charge payment.and she only had done it as a favour to them.she also fail to disclose that she had her own 4 big breeding du dogue dogs at the house..in the nearly 2 years.she was never investigated by the police or the council.there has never been a confirmed sighting of jasper and she has lied and refused to break her slience as to the demise of jasper..there has been cover ups from day one...the full details of jaspers story can be seen on jaspers page facebook...it is the not knowing of what happened to jasper.the slience and lies that continue to torment the heartbreaking family to this day...the law needs to change to ensure that every situation regarding lost ,stolen  and missing family pets is investigated  fully,,,there life matters..jaspers life matter.these people need to be held accountable and not be protected by the police or council that fail to ensure she held a lience....
