Northern Rail has had it's way with UK commuters for too long. They have increased fares, but decreased service. Millions of commuters face a deduction in their quality of life, be it from strained relations at work due to irregular train schedules during their commute, or from missing key events due to to the poor planning and lacklustre attitude of Northern Rail.

This needs to stop.
