Stop supermarkets allowing panic buying and stockpiling

Stop supermarkets allowing panic buying and stockpiling
Why this petition matters
The current situations are bad for everyone, but people panic buying and stockpiling goods is unnecessary and unfair on vulnerable groups of society that may have difficulty getting to shops in the first instance only to find the shelves empty when they get there.
The big supermarket giants are cashing in on people's misfortune which although immoral is not my argument. The government need to step in and force these companies to adhere to a fair trading platform so that every member of society can access goods that they need to get by. Online delivery slots are overwhelmed and some people in society do not have access to online shopping. There is more than enough goods to go around if people are sensible.
Help me by signing this petition so we can get government to act now and force the the supermarkets to ban people from buying unnecessary amounts of goods. Lockdowns are a necessary step in order to stem this virus, but a lockdown shouldn't mean some people should have to go without because of a small selfish minority in society.
