This Petition seeks to establish a nationwide date to celebrate Bonfire Night, and New Year's Eve.

Due the the deaths of horses, and the terrifying effect on animals, and some humans due to PTSD or other medical conditions, as a direct result of fireworks being let off in the community, but mindful of families wanting to celebrate events that typically involve fireworks, this Petition seeks to find a common date and time frame when fireworks may be let off in both sanctioned community events and in private residential settings.
