As you will no doubt be aware, new legislation has been introduced making it a legal requirement that all staff entering a CQC-registered care home in England from 11th November must be vaccinated with a full course of an authorised coronavirus vaccine.

CARE COMPANIES FORCED TO DISMISS STAFF 

Care employees who have not been vaccinated and who do not have a medical exemption such as pregnant employees who want to protect their unborn child from a new and still experiential vaccine employed by Care companies may be dismissed as they cannot  be allowed to work unvaccinated.. yet new residents to care homes, friends of residents and residents families will continue to be allowed in for visits and to take residents out of the care homes and into their homes for close visits unvaccinated!!!!! …  how is this right … carers who have dedicated their working life to caring for others will be dismissed..  for standing up for their human rights .. carers are tested three times a week and wear PPE at all times .. please stop this happening in an already understaffed and over stretched care sector.
