There a currently tens of thousands suffering needlessly from tinnitus witch is unbearable and there is no research for cure being done all we are being given is distraction noises hearing aids and told to leave radio on low to try to get to sleep or if it gets to much you can ring audiologist for support talking does no good its just not good enough it affects peoples mental health and state of mind tinnitus affects people in every part of their lives especially sleep and work envoirments it gets to the point where people cant their jobs due to medical reasons and lose their jobs and nobody seems to care nobody can hear what tinitus sufferers can and what they have to endure i personally am looking to ask doctors for sleeping tablets so i can get a full nights sleep as i have not had a full nights sleep for the past 3 years and i get so tired and despair in my own head and there are thousands of people out there in my predicament it also affects their loved ones as try as they may they really cant help and some times cant understand simple noises like kids crying dogs barking some one in a car beeping the hooter just a few examples I can think of there is no need for people to suffer we need help in a cure other countries are looking into tinnitus why isn't great britain
