Hello,

I am writing this as a concerned person who concerned about the welfare of our loving pets and wildlife and doing this petition because how unsettled animal can be during firework. Some animal have passed away due to this as they get so anxious due to this. I’m a pet owner and my dog gets very distress as do many other people I know who’s pets get like this.

I do understand fireworks are pretty and great for celebrating etc but all I’m asking is if we could bring silent fireworks to the UK like other countries who have made it illegal to use loud one and then given out fines. I feel will benefit everyone in the long run anyway as they would still get the same effect as before as  this would majorly help the welfare by helping the animals in the long run. Not only this it also disturbs children bedtime routines as they are still going off at silly o’clock 11:30  when some people work nights as well. There are so many facts to take into consideration regarding this. I feel so strongly about this it actually upsets me to point I have cried about it as the anxiety it causes me and my household and I know many people feel exactly the same as I do.
