Fire Ben Bradley for insensitive remarks about children on Free School Meals

The Issue

Ben Bradley used his platform as an MP to insinuate that money intended to provide Free School Meals to the most vulnerable children in our society would instead be spent 'in crack dens and brothels'.

In doing so, he is using and abusing his position of power to proliferate the false impression that some people have of the poorest families in our country. His job is to support all of his constituents, yet his disgusting remarks are feeding into the lies embedded in people's brains about tax money being spent on drugs and alcohol; thus isolating and dehumanising a large proportion of his constituency. Spending the vouchers this way is not even possible as MP Ben Bradley should be well aware.

His words both here and in the past have proven his discriminative bias; having previously referred to this group of society as 'unemployed wasters' whom he reminded that 'vasectomies are free!' He is unfit to stand in Parliament and represent our diverse society with these clear prejudices.
