Ensure a dignified death by introducing an electronic DNACPR/DNAR system.

The Issue

Death is never a pleasant experience and we should be allowed to die with dignity. Thankfully, a form known as a ''do not attempt cardiopulmonary resuscitation' (DNACPR) or do not attempt resuscitation (DNAR) is available and allows someone  to die peaceful and with dignity. Unfortunately, if medical professionals attend such as paramedics or doctors, they are required to provide CPR, however these forms can be lost or forgotten during admissions to hospital.

Introducing an electronic system to support a paper based certificate which could be lost or misplace in times of stress, therefore allowing the individual to have a dignified and peaceful death.

Having witnessed this myself, I can only wish that no one else shall experience a beloved family member or friend experience this.
