csa should make dna testing compulsory

The Issue

After recently finding out my six year old daughter wasnt biologically mine. I found that this happens alot more than people think, and fathers are left heart broken. We are forced to pay maintenance and threatened with extra fees if we dont. People believe their partner at the time of conception because nobody wants to think their partner may have cheated. So when the child is born the "father" then unknowingly takes that child on as there own and raises it. Then unfortunately the parents separate, normally in a ugly way, and then csa become involved and because of the "father" being told by the mother that he's the dad he agrees when csa question him and never disputes it, as he has no reason to. I found out after paying maintenance for nearly four years but others will still be paying to this day. The stress alone is alot, but it is my belief now that if a mother wants to claim maintenance from a father then a dna test should be compulsory whether or not the "father" agrees he is the dad or not.

Furthermore no money should be moved untill dna results are in and mothers who have been claiming csa for years should be held accountable and be forced to pay back all maintenance that fathers have paid that if they were honest from the start wouldnt have been paid.
