I have noticed that many survivors of coercive control and domestic abuse offences are revictimised within the Justice System, with professionals in many cases sharing attitudes demonstrated by perpetrators. The only visible related offence on DBS checks is causing or allowing a victim's death.

A fair and impartial court cannot possibly exist in a paradigm allowing psychologically abusive offenders into positions of power over the lives  of the men, women and children, resulting in poor or biased evaluation that endangers lives.
