Adultery cannot be named as the reason for divorce for same sex marriages. 
My wife has been having and affair and cheating on me with another woman, I asked for a divorce and was outraged to hear this cannot be named as what ended my marriage. 

This should be equal in line with any other marriage as far as I’m concerned... adultery is adultery, same sex partners or not.

equal rights for same sex couples apparently... but not when it comes to divorce
