I recently had my little boy stillborn in January at 38+3 weeks not a thing wrong with him he was perfect! We lost him due to medical negligence where I should have been treated as a high risk pregnancy due to previous pregnancy complications and wasnt.  Since then I have came across a law that states ( A BABY WHO HAS NOT HAD A BREATH OUTSIDE OF THE WOMB DOES NOT STAND AS AN INDEPENDENT PERSON) therefore is classed as a fetus! I'm looking to get a change in this law my boy was a fully grown baby not a fetus. I'm looking to even have this changed and have a cut off if you have your baby after 24 weeks this should be classed as a full baby if the abortion cut off is 24 weeks I need as much help as possible to get this out there.
