We have 2 dogs, and one of them shivers so much, and pants as if he is having a panic attack. We know of many other families who had dogs, and other pets, very upset because of the loud bangs. 

Surely bonfires and fireworks should be limited to organised events, where everyone has the chance to go and enjoy - IF they want to. 

Vulnerable, autistic, and special need adults and children get terrified of the noise too - this can cause meltdown and challenging behaviour - which can easily be avoided.

Please consider changing the rules on shops being allowed to sell fireworks, and people being unable to buy them.
