Everyday women and girls across the country are facing verbal and physical harassment every day which includes unwanted attention such as catcalling. Catcalling and street harassment can make women feel incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe. Women have to alter there day to day choices and behaviour to try an prevent running into this unwanted attention.

It’s about time street harassment and catcalling had tougher laws and tougher punishments to make women feel at ease when they are simply just trying to get on with there day.

Street harassment can happen to anyone (including those of the LGBT+ communities) however is most common in women.
