Dr. Jaime Z. González is currently in the process of applying for promotion to the rank of Associate Professor and tenure at the University of the Incarnate Word. If he is denied promotion and tenure, Dr. González will be forced to depart UIW within the year. This would be a tremendous loss to both the UIW community and the School of Physical Therapy.

In support of Dr. González, we are asking students and alumni to sign this petition. In addition, please mention any reasons for your support, specifically in the areas of teaching, student engagement, and especially fit with the UIW Mission and values.
