John Myungjune Kim committed several acts of severe violation against the UCLA Student Code of Conduct. These include but are not limited to, sexual harassment, r*pe, physical assault, and domestic dating violence.

John Kim's victim suffered several through several counts of physical assault, sexual assault, kidnapping, and abuse throughout the time period that they interacted. He has a predatory nature that is concerning due to the fact that he is extremely manipulative with his victim.

In addition to this, John would physically assault and hit his victim throughout the course of their interaction time, to the point of leaving bruises on her body.

In one encounter, John kidnapped his victim by dragging her into his car and preventing her from leaving or going home, despite her pleading otherwise.

Since the beginning of this case, many acquaintances of John Kim have reached out and shared their similar experiences of being manipulated or harassed by him.

John Kim is dangerous- these actions will not be limited to only one victim if he should remain at UCLA. He poses a genuine threat to younger girls at this university. He has a manipulative and exploitative nature and uses others' lack of experience against them for his own motives.
