Stop Ubisoft from making more Tom Clancy games, and sell the license to another company

The Issue

The announcement of Rainbow Six Extraction has shown to gamers like me that Ubisoft doesn't care about their franchises anymore. The announcement of XDefiant has convinced me of the worst case scenario.

For each brand Ubisoft has forgotten (Rayman, Brothers in Arms, Prince of Persia, Might and Magic), the brands that are still alive and kicking are now targets of a now ethically, creatively, and morally bankrupt corporation. The Tom Clancy universe in particular is the worst offender (barring Assassin's Creed), as all of the franchises in said setting are being taken in the worst directions possible.

Watching Team Rainbow partake in an Esports contest? Warning sign. Team Rainbow fighting Zombies in the reveal trailer for Rainbow Six Extraction? Now you've convinced me that you don't care. XDefiant, a Modern Military/Hero shooter with an edgy punk aesthetic? The final straw.

I genuinely believe that Ubisoft are enacting a 'Scorched Earth' scenario: trying to destroy their franchises and alienate their fans, all in the pursuit of profit. And as a consumer, I will not let that go by.

This petition calls for Ubisoft to stop making Tom Clancy games, preferrably by selling the property to another publisher like THQ Nordic or (more apt) Microsoft. Because if you don't care about one of your top IPs, then the best thing to do is to just give up and hand it to someone else.
