In recent years, Uber and UberEats have been paying its drivers less and less to complete the deliveries. It’s a problem that keeps happening and they are trying to keep more money for themselves. Also, not all of the customers who place the orders tip their driver for their delivery.

Uber needs to know that is drivers are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our vehicles. Uber doesn’t pay for tires, brakes and other car issues. Uber doesn’t pay for us to get new vehicles when our cars are not able to get us where we need to go. The drivers need the money to survive in this world and Uber is trying to get us to drive our cars more and get paid less! For some of us, Uber is our only source of income. It shouldn’t be $5 for a 9 mile trip or $8 for a 12 mile trip and that is just one way! It doesn’t make sense for people to drive that distance and get paid less!

Uber needs to increase their pay for their drivers because the drivers will keep not accepting trips that pay less than they should be and the customers will not get their orders! It is not fair for the customers and the drivers to get less money for the travel that the drivers have to make to deliver the orders to their customers. Uber needs to make a higher standard and pay more for the trips. Uber should also pay its drivers from the time they accept the trip to arriving at the restaurant to pick up the orders. This would make drivers in the Uber and UberEats system satisfied!
