Uber driver Jason Gargac exploits Uber and Lyft customers on the premise that it might be technically legal in the state of Missouri.

This behavior should not be tolerated or supported in any way by a company that claims to value it's customers, or by anyone with a basic respect for other human beings.  Even if recording someone only requires one party to consent in Missouri, publicly distributing or streaming those recordings, especially for commercial purposes, still most likely violates personal rights to privacy and publicity.  Refusing to take action against this behavior on a technicality is entirely unacceptable.
