Ruth Bader Ginsburg made her political bias known to the media during the 2016 Presidential Election. If we can not trust a fair minded Supreme Court Justice to hold their bias and do their jobs fairly, what confidence can we have in the system anymore. Judge Ginsburg's self serving arrogance to put her opinion as if she was a normal citizen or celebrity into the 2016 Presidential Election by attaching one of the major party candidates disqualifies her to keep her privileged and entrusted position on the highest court of the land. Let us be reminded of the following truths as a nation we need to hold dear regarding the Supreme Court:

"The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services a Compensation which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office."  

This Justice has betrayed her oath, used the media to enhance her celebrity showing bias toward one Presidential Candidate during an already heated election year dividing the country more. Her position appointed should put her above this act instead she violated the above historical guidelines that Govern the highest court of the land, Justice Ginsberg has not shown ethical "Good Behavior,' with her indiscretions voluntarily to the media interfering in the 2016 Presidential Race. Senate we ask you to vote to remove this misbehaving unethical justice immediately from her seat.
