The notion that BMX should be banned from a public action sports park is a clear act of discrimination.  Frestyle BMX is an official olympic sport and part of UCI cycling so potential Olympic athletes need places to ride and train. Saying that a bicycle is not allowed in a public park but another action sport is allowed is the same as saying a basketball court can't be used for volleyball.  This petition is to make BMX and other action sports protected from discrimination so that all parks can be used by all no matter what action sport they choose.
