Everyone has watched the vine, knows the vine, and quotes the vine daily. If you have not seen the vine then download YouTube, watch vine compilations and it will come up. Currently the list of hurricanes has the T hurricane named ‘Tico’. This list was also made in 1979 and needs an update or as I would call it, “A national homage to vine”. 

Though this petition could come off as disrespectful, given that a future hurricane given the name Tortilla could be deadly, why not spread light and humor on the catastrophe; in a world filled of ugly violence?
