No one should have to be labeled unjustly. Many pit bulls are not aggressive but are caring, loving creatures. I personally have a 5 year old pit bull mix who loves babies and has never hurt anyone or any living thing. Many people have trouble finding homes or lose their homes for their family due to the lable "aggressive breed" when their pet has never hurt another soul. I want housing commissions to change and evaluate animals individually and not on what some people have made the animals out to be. Statistics show that you are more likely to be attacked by smaller breeds rather than a pit, rottweiler, or German shepherd. Many cities in the US do not even allow the breed in their limits and some are euthanized just because they were born a certain breed. I find this "breedism" very wrong, you wouldn't ask someone of a certain race to leave your town so why ask a family to get rid of their family memeber just because of what they were born as?
