Dippin' Dots is an ice cream snack, invented by Southern Illinois University Carbondale graduate Curt Jones in 1987. The confection is created by flash freezing ice cream mix in liquid nitrogen. The marketing slogan is "Ice Cream of the Future," and we the people would like to make it official. And despite Sean Spicer's objections to this American innovation-- made for Americans, by Americans in America-- we feel it is time to honor this culinary delicacy, it is truly as American as apple pie, a turkey in the oven and a Corvette in every driveway. Join us!
